Cutter Consortium's recent Latin America Summit was a terrific opportunity for CIOs and summit speakers to discuss what constitutes "good" IT. For example, speakers and Cutter Fellow Ron Blitstein and Senior Consultant Michael Mah talked about aspects of "high-performance" IT. The panel discussion and audience questions that followed their presentations moved the discussion to: what really does contribute to the value of IT -- is it IT's performance or is it something else?
