In this Executive Report by Michael Rosen, we examine the goals of SOA and how architecture can be used to meet them. But having an architecture is only half the battle. The value of architecture comes from applying it to IT systems. We put SOA into this context and describe a methodology that integrates architecture into the design and implementation of IT systems.
