Ron Jeffries is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium's Agile Software Development & Project Management Practice and a contributor to the Agile Software Development & Project Management Advisory Service. He has more than 30 years experience in leadership and development of commercial object-oriented, relational database, programming language, and operating systems software. These systems have collectively produced about a half-billion US dollars in revenue. For the past five years, Mr. Jeffries has been learning, applying, and teaching Extreme Programming. He entered the XP movement in its beginning, as the first full-time XP coach, working with Kent Beck on the well-known "C3" payroll system.
