Establish Your Own Strategic Planning Team

make the next quarter better than the last and to do more with less. In order to
achieve this goal you need to do planning -- an important function that has been

help you determine who should be on your Trends Team, train you in the Council's
unique Collaborative Forecasting Process, and, if desired, facilitate your periodic
Trends meetings or even join your Trends team.
