We all face the rolling wave of almost everything being agile and adaptive. In my opinion, agility and adaptiveness are probably the most important management concepts developed recently, as they relate directly to challenges being posed in the face of today's business environments. But before getting religious about any of them, it is good to make sure that they are used in conjunction with the ultimate management tool: common sense.
