Governance for the Early 21st Century
Governance is real, unavoidable, and political. Increasingly, it is stimulated by regulatory changes. To some, it defines corporate culture, while others only think of governance as being applicable to back-office processes. The approach to governance I'm taking in this Executive Report is broader than most definitions you'll find. In fact, I'm actually making an argument for the concept of governance to change dramatically, for us to treat governance as a way to manage internal and external priorities through the application of a set of governance best practices.
