The accompanying Executive Report is the third installment in our series tracking composite company Angus International's decisions in implementing the Strategy-to-Bottom-Line Value Chain. These decisions take the company from the specification of its strategic intentions through to the definition of its annual IT plans and budgets. Our objective is to demonstrate how a company can maximize the bottom-line impact of its total IT spend by consistently and persistently creating the highest-impact projects and subjecting 100% of its ongoing spend to scrutiny based on the organization's business strategy.
