Solving Classic Corporate Misalignment

Very often, I see an overall corporate misalignment. Often, there are really two companies: a senior management company and the rest of the company. The IT people get stuck in the middle. They don't know how to make senior management happy, because senior management always wants less -- as in less dollars or time put into a project. At the same time, the end users are always asking for more and wanting it now.
