Ah, the project management office (PMO). Every Fortune 500 organization seems to have one in some capacity or is in the process of establishing one. So whether it is called a project, portfolio, or program management office -- or the latest term, "the enterprise project management office" -- the PMO is part of the corporate landscape. One question remains, however: how does the PMO add value?
