In my experience with both business and IT development process integration, I've observed many challenges to organizations' ongoing competitiveness. Concerns about organizational transformation take many forms and translate into strategic, mandated, and improvement initiatives -- all of which are intended to dispense benefits through technology. Implementation of such initiatives can be confusing, to say the least; these efforts are often approached as disparate, siloed projects.
