Agents

Some technologies seem to pop up and then disappear only to pop up again. When you first spot them you get excited, then after they disappear you lose interest, only to get it back when they appear again. As the years go by, you begin to tire of their reappearance and conclude that they will always be interesting, but they will never be commercial. For me, agents are like that.
