Business Processes and BPMI
Twice in November I wrote about efforts to define business processes using XML schema. On 7 November, I provided an overview of some of the efforts, including initiatives by IBM, Microsoft, the Business Process Management Initiative organization (BPMI), and the ebXML consortium. On 14 November, I described Microsoft's BizTalk and XLANG efforts in more detail. In this Advisor, I want to consider the work being undertaken by BPMI.
