Data integration tools vendor Ascential Software Corporation announced it has bought software product development and engineering services provider iNuCom. iNuCom is a Hyderabad, India-based company specializing in developing data warehousing and relational database server software. Under the terms of the agreement, Ascential acquired all iNuCom's assets. In addition, Ascential also hired all 47 iNuCom employees, including 39 engineers and eight administrative staff. These people are now employees of Ascential's global product development organization.
