On-Demand BI Demands Business Process Change

Here's an interesting finding: although on-demand BI and data warehousing solutions are receiving increasing interest from organizations, my research indicates that their use requires that companies modify their business processes. This finding comes from a recent Cutter Consortium survey (conducted in August/September 2007) of 119 end-user organizations (based worldwide), which was designed to measure the corporate adoption of various software-as-a-service (SaaS)/on-demand BI and data warehousing solutions.
