How Do Your Data Mining and Predictive Analytics Grow?

I've noticed a growing interest by end-user organizations in using data mining technology -- particularly for predictive customer analytics. Several trends account for this. First, organizations now find themselves with so much data that they are looking for ways to capitalize on this valuable resource. But more important, data mining is better understood today, and the tools are more comprehensive and friendlier. These tools are not very well understood, but the concept of data mining does appear to be gaining more traction with business leaders.
