Organizations today are increasingly subject to myriad internal and external regulations. As a result, compliance has become a paramount concern for organizations of all makes and sizes. Yet ensuring compliance is difficult because it requires setting and enforcing policies -- which can touch a broad range of activities and processes -- in a manner that does not prevent a company from focusing on its main business operations. Moreover, being compliant means being able to prove it to company auditors and government agencies and other regulatory bodies.
