Using podcasting may be simple and cost-effective; however, podcasters are still publishers, and both the individuals who create the podcasts and their employers who post or distribute the podcasts can be held responsible for the content of such podcasts. This Executive Update focuses on steps that podcasters and their employers (collectively referred to as "podcasters") can take to reduce their potential exposure to liability.
