Corporate Adoption of Text Mining Technology: Application Domains, Users, and Issues

In November 2006, Cutter Consortium conducted a survey that asked 102 end-user organizations worldwide about their use of text mining and analysis software for analyzing unstructured information. In addition to seeking the degree to which companies are using or planning to use text mining, the survey was designed to identify the issues and trends being encountered in these efforts and to provide statistics useful for measuring your own organization's use of text mining technology.
