In March 2007, Cutter Consortium conducted a survey of 119 end-user organizations worldwide, designed to measure the use of various data warehousing, BI, and associated data management and analytic technologies -- including the use of BI applied to BPM. In this Update, I focus on the extent that organizations are now using or planning to use BI to monitor and analyze the execution and performance of their business processes.
