As we move into the new millennium, anticipating a host of new technological advancements in every aspect of our lives, there will be one constant that we will continue to expect -- quality. The desire for it, the expectation of it, the search for it will drive the decisions we will make as consumers. It will be a primary criterion in all of our day-to-day decisions -- buying our morning bagel, purchasing a computer, buying a car, selecting a college, choosing a communications carrier. We will always be seeking to do business with those institutions, stores, and companies that we think will offer us a high-quality service or product.
