Dear Diary: The Making of an XP Team

My first exposure to the company in question was in the capacity of trainer. I had only been in Australia a short time giving two-day seminars on XP. The company had a small team of developers in their technology group who saw XP as a way to advance their development capabilities. After the first course, they quickly followed on by requesting that I provide more courses to familiarize the entire development group with the XP values and practices.
