Situational Leadership for Agile Software Development
A few years ago, after I hit several golf balls into a lake, my golfing buddy made a suggestion. He isn't any better a golfer than I am, but that didn't stop him from offering advice. "The problem," he said, "is that you need more distance." He might as well have told me that the problem was that I was taking too many shots to get the ball in the cup. Of course I needed more distance. But how do I achieve that?
