Ten years ago, the number of commercial Web content management systems (WCMSs) available could be counted on one hand. Now the market is saturated with offerings, not to mention that most Web development firms have their own inhouse solutions. These developments provide customers a much wider and better range of products to choose from. However, the process of implementing a WCMS is still difficult, time-consuming, and costly.
