Data Resource Quality: Uncertainty Versus Understanding

There is no doubt that most public- and private-sector organizations have low-quality data in their data resource. There is no doubt that these low-quality data are impacting the business in both a known and an unknown manner. There is also no doubt that improving data resource quality will improve the support to business activities. The only question is how to go about improving the quality of an organization's data resource.
