Polarity Mapping

There are virtually hundreds, if not thousands, of tools that managers (either managing others or themselves) have available. Books and conferences abound with tips, techniques, processes, practices, software tools, and pocket guides. On average, we only use 10-15 of these tools in day-to-day activities. I've always found that simple tools were best, particularly if they enhance the thinking process. One such tool is polarity mapping.
