Too Burned Out to Get Fired Up? Part 2
In Part 1 of this two-part series ( 21 November 2002), I reminded us that constant change is the lifeblood of agile project management. And, I noted that people who are exhausted, cynical, and feel self-defeated -- the three classic signs of burnout -- are too overwhelmed to be receptive to change. As a result, their ability to come up with innovative solutions is compromised.
