I'd like to return to the discussion I started earlier this year on the principles of agile project management ([APM]; see " The Principles of Agile Project Management, Part 1," 18 March 2004 and " The Principles of Agile Project Management, Part 2," 13 May 2004). As I said in the first of these Advisors, while some practices are characteristic of a particular methodology style, practices per se don't define a style, principles do.
