Over the last year, 1,100 certified ScrumMasters (the Scrum word for project manager) have been trained and are using their skills to help develop better software faster and regularly. These ScrumMasters have usually been implementing Scrum bottom-up in their organizations, one project at a time. Rather than silver bullets at the top of an organization, most implementations have been individual instances of one-project success. The success is noticed and replicated, and Scrum is growing like a fungus within an organization.
