Adopting agile techniques requires a change in mindset -- agile enterprise architects are service-oriented, realizing that it is their job to help project teams succeed and work with senior stakeholders to define and evolve the corporate vision. Agile enterprise architects realize that they must make it as easy as possible for others to work with them and must provide perceived value to the teams they support. They realize these things and act accordingly because they know that those they are supposed to serve will ignore them if they don't. In the end, it's all about people and the way that you interact with them.
