Product Managers in an Agile Team

Whether the product team is internal or external, the basic tasks are the same: identify stories, prioritize stories, define stories, accept stories. Accomplishing these four tasks may be very different for internal and external product teams and they may be very different for large projects than they are for small projects, but the fundamental tasks remain. This Advisor addresses the first two of these four tasks and the role of the product manager in accomplishing them.
