The Agile Triathlete Times Four

With significant input from fellow Cutter Consultant Ken Collier, I recently wrote a blog entry called "The Agile Triathlete" that discussed how becoming skilled at test-driven development (TDD) was analogous to becoming a skilled triathlete. The response to the blog was tremendous, as it was widely tweeted (or is it that "twittered"?). What I realized later was that there are actually four areas for agile triathletes: technical agility (TDD), managerial agility, agile values, and agile success criteria.
