Coaching Community

Most successful projects have someone promoting collaboration and challenging people to produce quality software. For agile projects, this person is often the coach. Coaches build cohesive communities that consistently deliver quality products in predictable time frames, with the output being greater than the sum of the individuals. In the accompanying Executive Report, we detail the progression of the agile coach, following along as the coach gets to know the community, through initial efforts to guide the community and then to sustain it, and ending with how to grow new coaches and pass the coaching torch.
