In Donna's last Executive Update (Vol. 2, No. 14), she discussed dealing with risk and opportunity at the project level. In this Update, we will look at risk and opportunity at the enterprise level and will explore a slightly different paradigm. Whereas we typically recommend a cautious approach to project opportunities, here we'll advocate for a much more aggressive approach to the solicitation of enterprise opportunities and innovation.
