Smart Sourcing: Getting Your People Ready

In this Advisor, I would like to address the "people" component of getting your organization ready for smart sourcing, pointing out specific situations I have observed in my recent engagements with large and medium business clients. My reasons behind starting with the "people" component are twofold. First, most of the buzzwords we hear today such as "teamwork," "collaboration," "innovation," "transformation," "execution," and "delivery" are in some form related to the people, and second, "people" is synonymous with "workforce."
