Auditing Offshore Projects

In a previous Executive Update (Vol. 6, No. 14), I explained why the business case, representing the beginning of the offshoring value lifecycle, is so important to successful offshoring. The business case establishes the roadmap for success from the offshoring initiative. An offshoring value audit, on the other hand, represents the end of the offshoring value lifecycle -- it is here where the organization discovers how much value, if any, the offshoring project actually created.
