In a recent interview, Project Management Institute executives Mike Price and John Roecker cited the finding of the Institute's latest membership survey that found that project managers are looking for self-guided, self-study learning tools. I thought about that euphemism -- "self-guided, self-study learning tools" -- and it struck me. Correspondence courses. That's what they were suggesting. Something almost a century in the making.
