Item 1. In a recent Cutter Business Technology Council meeting, one of the members was talking about how his sons use computers in college. "They do everything over the Internet. They use Internet e-mail services so they can log on from any machine and get their e-mail. They use Instant Messaging constantly. They store their files centrally and can access them from nearly everywhere as well. Their personal computer is just a way to access the Internet, the Internet is the really important technology. They have to be online all the time."
