Data collected from a late-2003 Cutter Consortium survey on business-technology management suggests that major changes are taking place in how we acquire, deploy, and support business technology. 1 So how "radical" are these changes? Are we abandoning tried-and-true best practices or creating new ones? Are we changing incrementally or radicalizing the business-technology relationship?
