Agile Development and Job Stress, Part 1
This is an article about job stress in the software industry, and the first, most obvious question is: "What's to write about? It's a stressful industry by nature and those who can't handle it should do something else." Fair enough, and as long as programmers are readily available, the most profitable approach might be to put engineers under high stress and replace them when they burn out. But in the long run this is very bad business, for two reasons.
