Senior Consultant

Verna Allee is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium's Business Intelligence Practice and a contributor to the Business Intelligence Advisory Service. She is president and founder of Integral Performance Group, consulting in knowledge management and strategic issues with Motorola, Eli Lilly, Unocal, Sun Microsystems, Peer 3, PeopleSoft, Primus Software, Oracle, Rockwell Avionics, Unisys, The Mutual Group, AT&T, Chevron, Steelcase, and others. She is the originator of a unique knowledge, learning, and performance framework described in The Knowledge Evolution: Expanding Organizational Intelligence and in the Learning Links assessment instrument.

Ms. Allee acts as advisor for special projects in intellectual capital and the knowledge economy with Stanford University, the Brookings Institution, and The Alliance for Converging Technologies (now Digital4Sight). She is a frequent presenter at conferences nationally and abroad and is a Fellow of the World Business Academy. Prior to her consulting work, she was in corporate management with a large retailer and coowner of a small manufacturing company. Her most recent book is Elegant Solutions: The Power of Systems Thinking, with John Renesh.
