Robina Chatham

Dr. Robina Chatham's primary focus is in helping senior managers improve their personal impact and influence. She also assists organizations with relationship management and in building high-performance teams.

Dr. Chatham, who qualified as both Mechanical Engineer and Neuroscientist, began her career in the shipbuilding industry, where she pioneered the introduction of computing onto the shop floor. She subsequently followed a career in IT, which culminated in the position of European IT Director for a leading merchant bank.

In 1996, Dr. Chatman joined Cranfield School of Management as a Lecturer in Management Information Systems, where she specialized in helping senior IT managers improve their political acumen. She is currently a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield School of Management and runs her own training company. Dr. Chatman is the author of Corporate Politics for IT Managers: How to get Streetwise.
