Art Gemmer is the Principal Risk
Analyst for Rockwell Collins, Inc. He received his
BSEE in 1978 from Rose-Hulman Institute of
Technology. He has been with Rockwell Collins for
more than 24 years including experience managing
software projects for both commercial and government
customers. For the past 15 years, his activities have
included the implementation of improved business
practices, including risk management, most recently
as part of the company's ERP program. His goal is to
change organizational management practices to promote
proactive decision making, teamwork and customer
satisfaction. He is an invited speaker and has
authored many articles on risk management.
