Jim Love Senior Consultant

Jim Love is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium's Business Technology Strategies practice. He is also the CEO of Chelsea Consulting, a strategic IT and business consulting company specializing in outsourcing and SaaS. Mr. Love has served clients ranging from large international firms to entrepreneurial startups. Through his worldwide (and increasingly virtual) practice, he helps organizations leverage technology, people, and processes to achieve outstanding business results. Mr. Love has more than 30 years' experience in IT and business. Prior to Chelsea Consulting, he was a global VP with DMR Group (now Fujitsu Consulting) and a Principal at Ernst & Young. Mr. Love is a sought-after speaker and a part-time professor at the University of Waterloo in the master's program at the Centre for Business Entrepreneurship and Technology (CBET). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario and Chair of the Toronto chapter. Mr. Love hosts two live radio shows, Game Changing and Customer Experience, which are also syndicated as podcasts. He maintains a blog with Tech Web as well as his own (www.changethegame.ca).
