Frank Mallinder is an executive coach, possessing coaching and strategic thinking skills that result in his clients making significant contributions to their companies with less effort and greater impact. Frank has coached CEOs, CIOs, VPs and managers at many different levels in the pharmaceutical, engineering, construction, training, consulting, wireless communication, medical, printing, financial and manufacturing industries.
For over 25 years Frank has been building a base of knowledge on the requirements for effective leadership. He is a certified instructor in seventeen of the leading management development training programs, and has designed and delivered programs on strategic planning, sales leadership, sales presentation strategy, and personal development. Frank’s expertise lies in the areas of leadership, teams/teamwork, total quality, coaching, performance management, sales and business planning.
He obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Washington & Jefferson College. He has received extensive training in the behavioral sciences and industrial psychology including graduate courses at Illinois Benedictine College, and is a graduate of Coach U. Frank has presented at several international coaching events.
During his career he has held executive positions in Development Dimensions Intl., Zenger-Miller Inc. (now Achieve Global), Blanchard Training & Development and Arthur Andersen & Co., and in 1996 he is founded THE LEARNING INSTITUTE; a company dedicated to partnering with organizations and individuals that view life-long learning as the key to their success.
