Thomas Marzolf |
Thomas Marzolf has more than 30 years' experience leading the development of complex software systems including large business client-server systems, communications products, military intelligence and security systems and a from-the-ground-up operating system. He has done extensive modeling including the complete requirements, analysis and design models of three lines of business for a large insurance company.
Mr. Marzolf has been a Principal Consultant and leader of the Global Services Process Practice at IONA Technologies and a Senior Consultant for Genesis Development Corporation. He was Manager of Systems Architecture for The Vanguard Group, where he pioneered the use of several advanced technologies, including object technology, expert systems, workflow, and domain analysis. He is currently a software architect with Aetna.
Mr. Marzolf holds engineering degrees from Drexel University and the University of Pennsylvania. He is certified in the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and trained in quality management. He is a long-time student of system thinking in all of its forms.
