Bart Perkins is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium's Sourcing & Vendor Relationships Practice and the cofounder of Leverage Partners, Inc., which helps organizations maximize their IT investments. He is a former CIO of two Fortune 250 companies: Tricon Global Restaurants (the parent of KFC Corporation, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell) and Dole Food Company. He also has extensive management consulting experience. Mr. Perkins spent 11 years at Nolan, Norton & Co., and became a partner at KPMG after KPMG acquired Nolan, Norton & Co. He was a VP at Technology Solutions Company and cofounder of the Value Sourcing Group. In addition, he writes a monthly column on supplier management for Computerworld.
