Mark Peterson Mark Peterson is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium’s Government & Public Services and Business Technology Strategies practices. Mr. Peterson’s has experience as both a business technology executive and an IT practitioner. Mark has extensive experience in business and IT strategy development, organizational redesign, portfolio management and IT value discipline integrations to client environments. Mr. Peterson spent 20 years with Digital Equipment Corporation and managed its Midwest operations for professional services. He also led a US-wide technology integration firm, and was a VP with Meta Group in their Enterprise Strategies Practice. He continues to develop methods, models, and tools for value accretion in business investments and governance in technology organizations.
Mr. Peterson’s expertise with federal, state and large municipal government organizations has contributed over a billion dollars in customer cost savings from development of client roadmaps for future operational improvements in processes, projects, people placements and partnering arrangements. Some of his recent clients include the States of Connecticut, Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas; the Cities of Kansas City (Missouri) and Seattle; US Dept. of Energy; US Dept of Transportation, and the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma.
Mr. Peterson provides executive coaching and large project leadership as Managing Partner of Coeur Business Group, Inc. He has been helping organizations and individuals to act boldly, creatively and strategically -- congruent with their expressed vision, values and aspirations for over 30 years.
