Dr. Raymond Pettit is Vice President for Strategic and Analytic Consulting at Momentum Research Group, a consulting practice of Citigate DVL Smith. Dr. Pettit is also the coauthor (with Robert Monster) of Market Research in the Internet Age: Leveraging the Internet for Market Measurement and Consumer Insight. This is the first book to establish the necessity of and framework for integrating marketing science techniques, processes, and methods with CRM analytics and enabling technology. He received his doctoral degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has been a Quantitative and Market Research Consultant and Executive for a number of US and European firms, and an Education and Training Consultant for SPSS, Inc. since 1998.
