Jorge V. A. Ronchese Senior Consultant

Jorge V. A. Ronchese is a Senior Consultant with Cutter Consortium's Business-IT Strategies and Enterprise Architecture Practices. He is also CEO of Suivant, the Business-IT consulting that is the representative of Cutter in Argentina and Chile.

Jorge has wide international experience in the IT service and consulting industry. For the past several years he has been focusing on innovative ways to better help IT/IS departments with their improvement efforts and to solve complex business issues with adequate technology. Jorge is an international speaker and well-known consultant through South America on subjects including continuous process improvement, IT governance, enterprise architecture, ITIL and theory of constraints applied to IT/IS areas.

Jorge's wide view of IT/IS management, has inspired the Suivant Unified Model (SUM), which focuses on the evolution of IT Management and related best practices, and the metaphor and concepts of Information@risk, as a general framework for security of information for companies under ISO 17799 (ISO 27001). His orientation for solving complex problems using tools that support decision-making has permitted the development of his "Future Value Tree" thinking tool which is a simple graphical method that enables making the value of projects tangible and sustaining successful business cases.

Jorge Ronchese has a degree in Systems Information Engineering issued by Universidad Tecnológica Nacional of Rosario city, Argentina, where he was also professor. His postgraduate studies include European Union Laws, Politics and Economy (University of Padova, Italy), IT Management (University of Belgrano, Argentina) and Business Management (University of Bologna, Italy - Argentina).

Recently, he has been responsible for the development and expansion of consulting firms in Latin America. His former roles have included Vice President of HSO Business Systems for Latin America, Pre-Sales Manager for South America of ARIBA Inc., Regional Manager of MRO Inc., and Sales Director of Snoop Consulting.
