Cutter Consortium, the IT advisory firm that delivers access to today's top thinkers in IT, today announced the opening of its European office, created to better service its large, established European client base and to expand the reach of its services. Located in Fleet, UK, the office is headed by Jonathan Durrant, Director of Sales, Europe.
